Lyndal has 15 years of experience working in policy development, strategic planning and evaluation for agricultural and natural resource management sectors. She is a skilled facilitator, able to work with a diversity of technical experts and stakeholders to distil strategic insights and conduct participatory evaluations. Lyndal engages with agricultural researchers, economists, ecologists and other technical specialists to determine industry and context specific evidence-based recommendations, as supported by quantitative and qualitative data analysis. She has a BScAgr (USyd), MBA (CSU) and PhD (public administration) (University of Canberra).
