Peter Chudleigh | Managing Director
Peter built his highly successful AgTrans Research and Consulting business over +30 years into the dominate provider of economic evaluations for Australian RDCs. Peter provides economic research and consulting services to both public and private sector clients in Australia and overseas. AgTrans specialises in primary production, processing and marketing, natural resource management, RD&E planning and evaluation, investment analysis, and general applied economic analyses. Peter has extensive experience in the use of cost-benefit analysis as a tool for both prospective and historical research evaluation from projects to large RD&E portfolios. He has significant experience in business case assessment through market and economic analysis, identifying technical and political opportunities, and quantifying barriers for new products, processes, institutions and industries. Peter has a BSc (Wool and Pastoral Sciences) (UNSW – 1965), and a PhD (Systems Modelling and Agricultural Economics) (UNSW – 1970).
