Paul is a creative and focused specialist and entrepreneur with +20 years of experience across food, fibre and biotech. He identifies the big and novel ideas and brings substantial technical breadth combined with business development and technology transfer experience. Paul has experience in a broad range of technical areas including: biotechnology, genomics, plant and animal breeding, soils, plant and animal nutrition, pesticides, biochemistry, agricultural engineering, cropping systems, agribusiness, food technology and processing, supply chains, and RD&E strategy. He has a BRuSci and GradDipEcon (UNE) and MBA (ANU) and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
